You agree that all details of cooperation, including tariffs, payouts and terms of interaction, provided by our Partner, will be described in the Merchant Service Agreement, which will contain a personal offer and selected individually. The document will be available to you in your Account. HELIX Services cannot be used if you engage in activities related to child pornography, weapons, drugs, propaganda of sexual / ethnic and / or racial hatred, social discrimination, can offend any person and / or organization; in any way may violate the rights of 3 persons, incl. minors; information that is provided by you and all your actions that you perform using the HELIX Service and our partners cannot be misleading, inaccurate or false; cannot have any connection with the sale of stolen or counterfeit things; must not infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other rights; cannot violate any regulatory acts, laws, contracts, decrees or statutes; cannot contain any computer applications and programs, viruses that abolish bots, Trojan horses, Easter eggs, worms, or time bombs that can damage, secretly intercept or expropriate any system, data, or any information. The above list is not complete. HELIX has the right to refuse to cooperate with you or terminate it if we deem it necessary, without any explanation. To ensure a smooth and secure payment process, it is important to coordinate the resource from which you plan to make payments when connecting with us. If payments are received from an unapproved resource, we reserve the right to discontinue our services. By using the HELIX service and the services of our partners, you agree to utilize them solely for their intended purpose. It is not permissible to receive payments with the specific intention of transferring funds between personal accounts. If we discover any violation of this policy, we may refuse to cooperate with you and/or terminate our collaboration without providing detailed explanations for our decision. The Company reserves the right, in its discretion, to amend this Agreement at any time by posting amendments on this website. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the amendments on this website, and You are deemed to be aware of such amendments.
